Cool Summer Festival

The Cool Summer Festival is on again for 2010 Feb 19-21 with a bigger lineup and it’s even higher up!

This year the Festival will move to Mt Hotham with the two stages being at “The Genny” and a main stage on the Big D. There will be some festival favs and many new additions to this years lineup (25+ artists!!) as well as the Debut of the “Hotham Gift” a walk up Bon Accord track from Harrietville. All your gear can meet you at the top and you can walk to truly appreciate where you are and feel that much better about the indulgence that will follow!

Tickets are now on sale with the first 1500 being reserved for subscribers and friends of subscribers and their friends and people they met once but seemed friendly enough. First release tickets are only $40 each. Kids 15 and under are free with a ticket holding parent or guardian.

BYO is still allowed (we’d have to be the only fest in Australia though!) but only in the mainstage area of the Big D and we do ask this year that you don’t bring any glass into the main area out of respect for the environment and the kiddies.

So tell only the people you want to hang out with and get them to do the same and help build Cool Summer Festival 2010, the way Festivals used to be!
