Have to agree with you Daaaaaan - compared to Koko's, the sound and bass at Concorde were incredible, the venue was more intimate, and the crowd a hell of a lot more fun. Thought the support, Highlife, sounded pretty cool as well - I'd be interested to hear what he sounds like on a record...

Well worth the trip to Brighton (even though it was DAMN cold). I was at the London gig earlier in the week, that was great but Concorde was better just because it sounded better, the crowd were fun and we got Fireworks! Anyway, I was recording the gig with my microphone. If you want to hear it, download from here: [spam] I know one person asked me where they could download it, so there you go. The quality is good, sometimes it's very good, sometimes it's not so great. Animal Collective are a hard band to bootleg because the bass never seems to stay the same, each song does different things sonically and unless I spent the whole gig adjusting settings it was never going to be perfect. Setlist: 1. New Song 2. My Girls 3. Daily Routine 4. Also Frightened 5. Summertime Clothes 6. Slippi 7. Lion in a Coma 8. Guys Eyes 9. Fireworks 10. Brother Sport 11.
