Daddar I just got back from the show, and I have to say, that was the best concert I have ever seen in my life. I was not expecting that much energy! It was my first time seeing Metallica and my ears are still ringing from the intensity. It's crazy to see Metallica play their best songs up close to perfection. Every song played the crowd loved and sang at the top of their lungs. I don't think I am going to have much a voice tommorrow, I screamed so hard! It was so amazing to hear Blackened played live. I would think I would never get to hear that in my life. Now I can die happy :) Lamb Of God and The Sword were both great too, but Lamb Of God seemed to have a ton more stage presence and intensity. I can't wait to hear their new album which they said comes out soon.

jpacker Wish I was going! Saw them in Houston last night and they were absolutely incredible. I won't spoil things by posting the set list but obviously you can expect several gems from Death Magnetic in amongst the general awesomeness : )
