Darkhorse is indeed correct about it raining when The Cult played Rain. Probably the best moment of the gig for me. Do not remember Izzy playin' for Guns though. Soul Asylum and Blind Melon was also a major bonus. So glad to have seen those bands at that time. Guns always had great suppport acts!

I agree Gordybhoy :p I have vague memories of the band sittin on a couch, eatin Pizza and throwing some out to the crowd. Also was it me or did it start raining when The Cult played 'Here Comes The Rain'....? Maybe my rose tinted glasses but hell GNR rocked like no others.

Soul Asylum and Blind Melon supported that day as well. GN'R were on top form for this gig, they rocked the place oh so much! Izzy Stradlin had returned to the line up to replace Dizzy Gillespie who broke a bone in his arm and couldn't tour, unlucky for him, but VERY lucky for us!
