Heathen Skulls PRESS RELEAE: Sunn O)) Australian tour - CANCELLED! It’s with great sadness that the October Australian tour by Sunn O)) is to be cancelled. Full refunds can be obtained from point of purchase. Due to the high costs and complicated nature of presenting Sunn, in the way they like to be best represented, it was made clear yesterday evening that it was too difficult to continue presenting an Australian tour at this point in time. With an over saturation of the market place and lower than expected tickets sales, the future of the Sunn tour was in jeopardy, hence why the Brisbane show wasn’t announced, tickets weren’t made available, and the band hadn’t announced the tour officially on their end. Heathen Skulls tried everything with its power to save the tour, but in the end, financially it wasn’t going to work, cancelling the whole tour was the only logical solution. Hopefully Sunn can reschedule their Australian tour with a promoter that’s best suited to their needs
