GALLOWS (UK)

” Wade MacNeil (ex-Alexisonfire vocalist) certainly knows how to kick the crap out of a crowd as he throws himself into a turmoil of aggression with an earth shattering vocal to match his performance today. The whole band are on top form as they smash out their classic tracks with debut album delight ‘In The Belly Of A Shark’ being the ultimate crowd pleaser of their set list. The Prodigy might have been playing in the background but that did not stop the band filling out the tent and pounding out their hardcore epicness from beginning to end! 10/10” – http://www.hitthefloor.co.uk/ om Download festival i Donington i juni.

HORISONT (GBG)

“Horisont have diverged from their original Deep Purple/Mountain style hard boogie workouts to progress to rock that sounds more like Uli Jon Roth-era Scorpions but still retains some of the doom-laden quality of their earlier material. Live they’re even more headbanging than on record with dynamic dual-lead guitar lines suggesting an appreciation of NWOBHM [… ] in rock music you sometimes have to suspend disbelief and just nod your head to the mighty songs and riffs – and those songs and riffs are utterly sensational.”
– Austin Matthews, Happening magazine.

FEED THE RHINO (UK)

“It’s great to hear a hardcore band that are open to throwing in some bluesy riffs. Quite like our Norwegian favourites, Kvelertak. Visually, they were never still for a second and put everything they had into their half hour set. Without a doubt one of the most entertaining bands of the weekend. The hardcore scene is thriving in the UK and whilst competition is fierce, Feed The Rhino have an edge that should see them stand out from the masses and go far […] frontman Lee Tobin could easily be the hardest bastard at Hammerfest this year.”
– Gary Wolstenholme, Thrashits.com

“This English hardcore band surprised me big time and gave the audience a great show. Everybody in the band showed an energy I have not witnessed very often. I really enjoyed this show and Feed The Rhino made me an instant fan.”

Tenemy: Do you seriously think 150 is a lot of money to see four band (two from England, one from Gothenburg, one local)?

Yes, tickets are 150kr and are on sale. Go to the event page at http://www.debaser.se/kalender/8384/ and click on "köp biljett". Personally I was only planning on going because I thought the gig was free before 10pm like most debaser gigs are, now that I know it's 150kr I probably won't go anymore.
