Give your eyes and ears a treat at the fifth edition of BOZAR NIGHT! Top of the bill: Oneothrix Point Never, Clark, Daedalus, and Lazer Sword.
The celebrated New York electronic-music composer Oneothrix Point Never will open the evening with his magical parallel universe, directly inspired by the Eighties sounds and pictures. The controversial Danish artist Goodiepal will present a video accompanied by a telephonic soundtrack played live from the Faeroe Islands! Other must-see acts include Christopher Stephen Clark with his brand new album released on Warp Records, and the show laid on by dandy Daedalus (Ninja Tune), which includes an audio-visual spectacle concocted by Archimedes, who will be appearing in Brussels for the first time. Lazer Sword, a duo from the Modeselektors Monkeytown Records stable, currently on tour, will stop off at BOZAR with visual artist Michael Titze (Glitch Happens/Johnetpaul). Finally, the Brussels duo GoldFFinch, who were at Dour last year, will wrap things up with a set combining the best of German minimal and the funkiest techno from Detroit. And, as usual, you can also pay a nocturnal visit to the exhibitions this time devoted to the Danish artist Per Kirkeby, on the one hand, and the US photographer Cy Twombly, on the other.
