I'm cursed when it comes to seeing them in Toronto. I had tickets to see them in 2003, but it got cancelled because of the blackout that year. I couldn't go to the '06 and '08 shows, although I did attend the Cleveland date of the In Rainbows tour (best show I ever saw.) Now this happens. All that being said, I'm not upset about it and feel terrible for the victims. At least it happened before the show and not during.

still cant believe this happened. heart breaking on so many levels. i had been looking forward to this show for SO long. i heard radiohead has had previous bad luck in toronto and said they probably wouldn't be coming back to toronto. hopefully someday i'll still get to see them.

Rest in peace. Hopefully Radiohead will come back to Toronto to finish what they started.

props to the entire crowd as they filed out of the lot. everyone was told of the news as the reason for cancellation, and despite the increasing frustration of waiting in the sun all day, everyone left quietly and respectfully.

Such sad news, I was already halfway though my longass bus ride from Newmarket to Downsview before I found out. My thoughts go out to the man who died's family, and I wish the ones that got injured a swift recovery. As what Ladypolitik said, imagine if this happened after the concert already started? Things could have been a LOT worse.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened last night. It was sobering news to come home to. My thoughts and prayers are with both bands, their crew, and everyone else who was there when it happened.

Horrible nightmare. What if Caribou had been on stage? And not even to think of the possible fate of the entire front side of the audience. Honestly, between the deadly stage collapse incidents in Indiana, Ottawa and now Toronto, one wonders what the hell is the deal with concert-based safety/building codes and standards. Much love and thoughts are with the families of the victims.

kidding about sneaky dees. but they don't play a show until june 30, so hopefully something happens until then. It is pretty awful news, and my condolences go out to the family of the person who was killed.

Did they actually play Sneaky Dees? Gutted if that's true. I went to see The Flaming Lips instead.
