it appears to be legit. not yet on freebird's website, but it's listed here: http://www.songkick.com/artists/273059-beach-house i saw open for grizzly bear a couple years ago and i only had a mild interest in them, but they were playing stuff off 'teen dream', which hadn't come out just yet, and they blew me away. saw 'em at pitchfork too, but i've never seen them actually headline. fucking amped.
