Wellthatscool.com Showcases: "The Tuscaloosa Get Up!"

Music has always been a tool to help people unite and heal. The city of Tuscaloosa was left with a still healing gash after the tornado outbreak of April 27th.

Wellthatscool.com and The Tuscaloosa Arts Council are bringing together some of Alabama’s best bands for an event called the “Tuscaloosa Get Up!” at the Historic Bama Theatre. The “wellthatscool.com Tuscaloosa Get up” will Feature The Alabama Shakes, The Dexateens and Lee Bains and The Glory Fires. All proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity Tuscaloosa. Our goal is to build a home for a family that lost theirs on April 27th.

The event, which is all ages, starts at 8:00 with doors opening at 7:00.

General admission tickets are $15 with special VIP tickets for $50. The VIP tickets will gain attendee early admittance to the show, light food, complimentary local beer and a small acoustic performance by some of the bands.
