Madonna of Winter and Spring portrays Mary as intercessor, reaching down to earth where conflict and darkness reign and rising up again to heaven. Body Mandala was inspired by Tibetan body purification rituals, while in Messages the choir take on the role of Angels, singing the names of Judaic and Christian angels.

An exciting collaboration between UK Electronic artist Leafcutter John, members of the BBC SO and Guildhall school musicians inspired by Jonathan Harvey. Including soundscapes, new electronic compositions and a live set from Leafcutter John.


There are a range of Total Immersion day passes available, which include admission to all events on Saturday 28 January and reflect the prices for tickets in the Barbican Hall.
