Sonic Youth-boegbeeld, uberbassiste en stijlicoon Kim Gordon. Ze brengt voor de gelegenheid gitarist Bill Nace (Vampire Belt, Northampton Wools, X.O.4…) mee, een van de spilfiguren uit de Northampton, Massachusetts noisescene. Samen vormen ze het noisecombo Body/Head. Recent nog verscheen er een pittige No Wave-versie van de klassieker ‘Fever’ op de Fever Compilation-LP van het Belgische Ultra Eczema-label en liet Thurston Moore’s Ecstatic Peace-label de ultra gelimiteerde cassette ‘Fractured Orgasm’ op ons los.
Vom Grill (Antwerpen, ultra eczema)
Dennis Tyfus - visual artist, purveyor of free noises, throat singer, heir of the Nordic/Belgian outsider tradition and one man driving force behind Ultra Eczema’s vast catalogue of avant-garde sound, books, screenprints and archival off-the-radar gems. His own performances can include a variety of animal noises, vocal grind, analogue synth shrieks, electrified rales and more.
