Het Oost-Vlaams Rockconcours of Oost.Best! vanaf 2011 is ondertussen een begrip geworden in de provincie. Dat het kan renderen, bewijzen enkele finalisten uit het verleden zoals Sioen, Absynthe Minded, Barbie Bangkok, Amatorski, Team William en Intergalactic Lovers. De organisatie is momenteel een samenwerkingsverband tussen het provinciebestuur Oost-Vlaanderen, muziekclub N9 en 8 jeugdhuizen die geografisch verspreid liggen over de hele provincie.
