It’s time to do this. We can now reflect back with nostalgia and amusement on those years spent secretly masturbating in our bedrooms to Jordan Knight’s pure sexual falsetto.

CHERYL is a Brooklyn-based video/performance collaborative that throws life-ending dance parties. Now in their 4th year of European tours, sold out parties, one-offs at MoMA and PS1, art installations, and lots of fake blood, they’re coming to put Public Assembly in its place. And there is ANOTHER open vodka bar from 11pm-12am in here.

In addition to collaborating with the fantastic Shit Robot, Nacy Whang played keys for LCD Soundsystem (RIP) and remains vocalist for the Juan MacLean. And according to Andrew of Midnight Magic, is one of the few folks in the world who actively tours with a Prophet ‘08 synth. She’ll be kicking off the night at 10pm, along with one hour of open Reyka Vodka to get the party going - that shit’s filtered through lava rocks! Clean.

At 11:30, Miho Hatori (Cibo Matto, Gorillaz, New Optimism) takes the stage. Cibo’s been touring lately and Miho’s solo sets (with Timo of Neatherlands on bass and a crew of stage dancers) keep getting better and better. Completely impossible to not-dance. People get on stage, flip out, the whole 9-yards. Do not miss this set!
