Son of famed folk singer Woody Guthrie, Arlo is legendary in his own right. Best known for his iconic folk songs including the 1967 epic, “Alice’s Restaurant,” he connects with fans far and wide leaving a lasting impression of hope and inspiration.

Guthrie’s career exploded in 1967 with the release of “Alice’s Restaurant.” Like his father, Guthrie often sings songs of protest against social injustice. Guthrie launched his own record label Rising Son Records in 1983.

“Arlo Guthrie remains one of the most enduring American troubadours, an evergreen act and virtual folk-music institution. While like any other musician, he seeks to entertain, his work is in fact didactic, full of lessons and fresh views based on humanity’s current situation.”
