The Classic Grand has quickly become one of my favourite venues, I knew as soon as I entered it would be. It just has the perfect set-up, you can see the bands from almost anywhere you stand but the best place to be is the raised balcony at the back to which I positioned myself throughout, the venue is the perfect size not too big and not too small either. CITY STEREO, I completely missed...and it was probably for better than worse. From what I've researched they seem to be a poor excuse for a pop-punk band (even if they're from my native country). They seem to have supported the likes of McFly and that seems to be a suitable corner to shove them in to...and there I hope they stay. Dare I say they're one of these bands that survive more on marketing of clothing, haircuts and the rest of the scene. I enter when MATH THE BAND are in mid-shout. …
