—- Mother Of Vinegar —-

A four piece based in Sheffield Space City. They use a mix of electronic and acoustic instruments to create improvised ambient-industrial-jazz-rock with similarities to Faust, Throbbing Gristle, Maggie Nichols and the earlier sounds of Tangerine Dream & Pink Floyd. http://motherofvinegar.bandcamp.com/

—- Squalor —-

Pantheistic 21st century juju performed by Peter White: voice/sruti box (scat-singing, sufi, sephardic cantor meets crooning poetry concrete.) John Jasnoch: ‘ud, banjo uke, percussion (country picker turned multi plucked string specialist with free jazz leanings) Derek Saw: cornet, tuba (contemporary of Jelly Roll Morton hurled forward in time by accident with proto-type electric cocktail-shaker).

—- Tarana —-

East meets west improvisors who’ve been performing live for over nine years. Vocals using meaningless syllables and various guest instrument players. Their back catalogue of music consists of 100 album recordings that can be streamed and downloaded free from http://taranarecords.com/
