London’s ground-breaking classical night, The Night Shift, comes to Spitalfields for the first time. Presenting classical music in a contemporary laid-back atmosphere, this Night Shift features the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment playing gutsy, dramatic music by Handel, including an aria from his opera Julius Cesare and one of his vibrant concerto grossi. The hour-long concert is presented from the stage by Alistair Appleton, and there is live music pre-show from 8pm curated by our young programmers Circulate, with a DJ set afterwards.

Tickets: £8 in advance; £10 on door; £4 students
Please note this is a standing event.

In association with Village Underground and Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.
