I’ll be the first to tell you that 5 bands on a Monday night is a lot to digest, but the 5 bands are diverse and wonderful and the opportunity to have all 5 play the same room on the same night was impossible to pass up.

Youth Pictures of Florence Henderson are from Norway, stopping in NYC on their way to SXSW. Their sound is very reminiscent of Appleseed Cast.


Friend Roulette, featuring members of ARMS and Frances, create a wonderful Parisian Gainsbourg-style pop that would be hard to find any other bands doing in Brooklyn.

Team Genius is a wildly energetic and fun indie rock band.

Invisible Days are catchy, guitar heavy garage indie rock.

Guitars consider themselves psychedelic country, and it’s a fitting title. All the charm of folk, all the adventure of psych.
