02 Your Country Live Ft. Kayah & Toxique

O2 Your Country Live is a fantastic FREE annual live music event to reward O2’s international calling community in the UK. Bigger and better than ever before, this year’s event presents Polish icon Kayah alongside fast rising Czech act Toxique across the network of national O2 academies.


Since the release of her hugely successful debut album ‘Kamień’ in 1996, Kayah has become one of the most successful and respected female singer-songwriters ever in Poland. Her many career highlights include the 700,000 platinum selling album ‘Kayah and Bregovic’, numerous accolades from MTV, the Polish Music Industry, Polish Television and the prestigious Fryderyk awards, singing for the Pope’s birthday; and a long and successful relationship with her many fans in the live arena. Kayah performs in London on Polish Independence Day.

Toxique are one of the most exciting bands to emerge on the Czech music scene over the last 12 months. Headed by singer Klara Vytisková (described as a Czech Gwen Stefani) the band released its eponymous debut last year and soon shot up the charts. The single ‘Two Sides’ is now widely known, while an appearance in last year’s Eurosong (the national round of the Eurovision contest) only added to the group’s popularity.

Ticketing is simple. O2 customers text a keyword to a unique number or visit O2Yourcountrylive.co.uk for a chance to get a free ticket to the gig of their choice. On arrival at the venue visitors enter their unique PIN into the touch screen ticket machines to retrieve their ticket.
