Grammy nominated lyricist and musician, producing a Woody Guthrie record with the Guthrie Family for Rounder Records in Cambridge, Mass. By this endeavor, Frankie strove to widen the scope and range of Woody Guthrie's audience by recasting older, well-known songs with some lost compositions he discovered, utilitizing such soulful artists as Taj Mahal, Billy Bragg, Cissy Houston and Kim Wilson of the Fabulous Thunderbirds.
Robin Wiley met two-time Grammy Nominee Frankie Fuchs on the set of “Aint Got No Home,” a PBS Special highlighting Woody Guthrie's life.
Woody's publisher granted Frankie permission to record an undiscovered song of Woody's, "Hot Rod Money."
