THE COLOUR OF SOUND PRESENTS…

**ALRIGHT THE CAPTAIN**

“Experimental rock, which bursts from trippy melodic surf to ‘all guns blazing’ progressive and aggressive rock in moments!” - The maze

“enveloping math-rock, chock full of huge noises and complex structures” - Leftlion

One of the midlands scenes regular heros… Awesome band. Awesome sound. Not to be missed!!!

**…AND STARS COLLIDE**

“They boast the better, less pretentious parts of post-rock… …essential viewing…” - LeftLion

“It’s great to hear a genre that so badly needs a slap in the face sound so exciting and fresh again.” - Nothingatall

… And Stars Collide live performances are rather like an eclipse, rare, impressive and leave you speechless

**A PLASTIC ROSE**

“There are few bands in the country who can engage an audience like this, and the crowd give as much back as they can. Every song sounds like an anthem, every moment an event. By the end, ‘Kids (Don’t Behave Like This)’ blasts out of the speakers and we are taken to another place. This is absolutely essential music.”

Stephen Rainey BBC.

A late addition to the line up. This Belfast alt rock outfit boast an exciting combination of influences from shoegaze through post rock with a bit of Biffy in there some where too. Tipped by Radio 1 after playing Leeds and Reading last year these guys promise a good show.

**8MM ORCHESTRA**

“A colourful set using a variety of sounds; a drum took a beating hanging precariously from a chair, whilst xylophones played and electronics hummed.”- Sophie Diver

“Hope you’ve bought a spare pair of tits, cause yours are about to get rocked” - Martin

With new material from there upcoming EP, branching out in new musical ways but keeping its same spice. Playing as a full band this set will surprise and uplift.
