Mellaaa Alright guys, I heard back from Ticketek! Apparently, Ticketek isn't at fault, the promoters (ie Soundwave organiser) are to blame for no one knowing about the time changes, as they didn't inform ticketek. BUT they are taking complaints on the matter, and are going to forward them to the Soundwave promoters. So anyone who is interested in making a complaint, they want it in writing, and you send it to: Ticketek Jimmy eat World Complaints GPO Box 1610 Sydney NSW 2001

De-La-Garde SO PISSED my friends and i went there to see motion city soundtrack been looking forward to it for so long and we didnt realise till jew came on and were like thanx for those bands playing and thanks to that we missed the last train home and had to fork out 150 bucks for cab ride home also bout band merch stating what concert i DIDNT see so Fucking Devo Right Now

take_a_stand Wow, I had no clue about the time change. And it makes me sad that Lisha56 and others therefore missed the bands. That's just unprofessional and shows even more the promoters' carelessness.

Blondertongue It was so Jimmy Eat World could play at all. The site on the ticketek website had it starting at 8 back when it was only 4 bands, and didn't change it when JEW got added to the lineup, or more likely, Soundwave didn't tell them to push back the opening time (Though it obviously had to go back an hour, otherwise it wouldn't have finished until 1). I'm not even sure if it's Ticketek's responsibility to know the set times (since their job is to just sell the tickets), that's the responsibility of the promoter (Soundwave) and the venue.

Lisha56 they should also organise sidewaves fucking properly. turned up to the roundhouse last night and the doors had been open for since 6pm when it clearly said on the ticket 8pm. the bands that i drove 8 hours to see had already played and the management wouldnt go and ask them to come down to sign. so 16 hours of driving,... $60 ticket for fucking nothing. soundwave FUCK YOU
