    Sadly my 1st and last gig, however it was amazing! I was right at the front by Trent/Robin and I have to say it was one of the best crowds I've been in - about 2 crowdsurfers and not much pushing at all (compared to others), not what I was expecting. My favourite parts were shouting back the lyrics to Somewhat Damaged and Robin bowing to me at the end haha! I was lucky enough to go to the M&G beforehand too which was very surreal. Soo regret not going to London the day after...

    lonely_minotaur: I was so close to blacking out between Mew and Jane's... Luckily I got to the Paramedics in time, I was gutted we lost our place in the crowd, we were about 5 rows from the front.. But later on during NIN's set, I started feeling ill again, I was well annoyed! =And I think I left the gig with epilepsy :| haha

    i have never been much of a janes fan at all. Dave N scares the shit out of me too haha but yeah i was quite impressed, was not as bad as i thought they were gunna be. i thought mew were great as well. loved them and im going to see them in november. but wow, NIN. wow cause we were going to the london show too bought merch at manc and stood away from the front and enjoyed haha the set was awesome. i got to see la mer and the fragile live :D and then i went to the london show the next day and finally got to see my favorite song the Big Come Down :O went mad haha

    Its a bitch going down them steps when a bands on, youd at least think theyd put some small lights in the steps so you're not going down ass first.

    Related to the lighting: I think I may have had a seizure coming down the steps riiiight from the top to the standing area during Mew's set while it was dark with the lights occasionally blinking. Oh man. :P

    I'm still recovering. I queued for over 8 hours after only an hour of sleep, I took the full weight of a crowd surfer on a shoulder, had my breasts and knees repeatedly smashed into the barrier and I was dry heaving the following day thanks to a horrific migraine. I was well fed and hydrated and I had earplugs, but I don't think the lighting helped me! Although I would happily do it all over again if it were possible!
