Sound was poor and there was too much filler for my liking (see other complaints about fireworks). Overall though it was a great set. Loved Summertime Clothes and Grace.

Alas, sound issues actually made me want to leave this gig early. I'm a fan, but the venue was as howl-y as it always has been. Please play the forum, koko or roundhouse next time!!

Were you at the same show "Richardetto"? The set-list posted prior to you is correct.

One of the most consistent views coming out of last night seems to be how good Gang Gang Dance was, pissed that I missed them... I thought the extended jam in the middle of Fireworks was brilliant, personally. And the sound was good for the most part, I did think it was a bit too echoey and bassy in parts, but it sort of added to the expansiveness of their sound. The crowd was a bit dead in places, wish I were a bit closer to the front but I unwisely got off at Stockwell tube and decided to walk the 10-15 minutes to the academy.

That setlist is a bit out in places. Who Could Win A Rabbit/// Pan Flute Jam/// My Girls/// Leaf House/// Summertime Clothes/// What Would I Want Sky/// Guys Eyes/// Grace/// Firesworks/// Brothersport/// Encore: Daily Routine/// Lion In A Coma. There might have been a new song right at the start or it could have just been a re-working to the beginning of Who Could Win A Rabbit...i'm a not sure.

Thought they played well, but we were upstairs and the sound was terrible. I was grabbing a pint when they apparently stopped 10 mins in to check the sound? Shame, there was no middle and the songs just sounded muddy and aimless - luckily I've seen them a few times and knew this was the Academy having sound problems not the bands fault. I thought the alternative middle part on Fireworks didn't work at all, but pretty much loved the rest. Zero points for the Brixton Academy though.
