  • When i started listening to Rimsky-Korsakov and Scheherezade in particular, my eyes are already filled with tears of joy and nostalgia.. maybe because i spend my childhood listening to Scheherezade with no clue about who is the artist! it was a great feeling to come across his works, I am so blessed!
  • "he" isn't on tour; his music is on tour (the on tour button lights up automatically whenever there is an event scheduled

  • "I don't have to destroy peace and rebel against the gods. Our art, music, isn't even able to do that." - Perfectly spoken by this maestro. He truly is unparalleled, from Capriccio Espagnol to Antar to Scheherazade to quite anything. Absolute love towards his music.
  • His symphonies are tragically underrated. </3

  • Demotywatory rulez :)
  • Rimsky is my musical ideal: a combination of beautiful, ferocious, epic, glorious and at times just hinted with the slightest tip of sadness.
  • I will always love Scheherazade. No need to see or read anything when the music tells the story so gorgeously.
  • Perfection is indeed reachable, Scheherazade is indeed the proof, and Nikolai does, indeed, rule.
  • I love Rimsky-Korsakov - he is one of my favourite ever. So dreaming, so sweet, so powerful, so russian, so world oriented (spanish and arabic culture). Genius pure touching my deepest chords!!
  • да уж,где вы в америке такого сыщете
  • Perfection is reachable, and Scheherazade is the proof. Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov RULES !!
