I have no idea what the lyrics to this song are... and it pretty much doesn't seem to exist on the internet... just on my itunes. I love it though. I saw Love as Laughter for the first time with Modest Mouse and Band of Horses a couple of years ago in Cleveland for this huge show. It seems that I and about a hundred other people there (that were only a small fraction of how many people showed up) came to actually hear music... not just to hear Modest Mouse play Float On. I stood as close to the stage as you could physically get without crossing any lines, pressed up onto an iron gate. With less people at the show this was a soothing place to be. And when Love as Laughter was up on stage was about the only time I truly enjoyed the show. I had never heard of them before and loved them in concert. Band of Horses came on and the numbers of people there tripled and people all around were obnoxiously too much too drunk and high and bitching about when Modest Mouse would come on.
