El reconocimiento público le llegó en 2006, a los 44 años, pero para entonces James Hunter llevaba ya dos décadas componiendo canciones, cantando, tocando la guitarra y acercando su música a la de los grandes pioneros del soul y el r&b.

Siendo un veinteañero, James Hunter (nacido en Colchester, Inglaterra, en1962) decidió probar suerte en la música y grabó su primer disco en 1986. No volvió a editar otro hasta diez años después, en 1996 y ya con su nombre… Más información
