  • its a cruel reminder and its all in my head
  • Heatmiser Get Lucky > Daft Punk Get Lucky Although I love both songs of the same title, Seriously, Get Lucky could've been a huge 90's alt hit! It's too bad they never played any reunion shows before smith's passing.
  • Surprised by how much Neil Gust's tracks are shit on in the comments. I can see how it can be called generic, but this is some of the best and most complex indie rock I've ever heard.
  • "by-the-numbers as generic as they come." Not when they were active, everyone knows modern "indie" lifted Elliott's style and this is no exception.
  • Elliott Solo > Heatmiser [2] Imo, the best Heatmiser songs were written by Elliott anyway.
  • This band was no very good. Hell, by-the-numbers as generic as they come. Only to gain retroactive popularity once ES got big.
  • awesome
  • Elliot Solo > Heatmiser
  • I remember stumbling on Cop and Speeder at my local record shop when I was a kid and cleaning them out of every album they had of Heatmiser within the week. Oh shit, here comes my late nineties nostalgia wave... EVERYONE, HEAD FOR HIGHER GROUND!
  • The ever wearisome, dull presence of Nakkinak.... [2] "fck you and your opnions hurr"
