    Hello everybody,

this is me writing from the USA. Right now we are on a three-people road trip moving towards the west coast. Today we've found a nice motel with high speed wireless internet so I can drop some thoughts here. However before I proceed I have to mention that "high speed internet" in the USA means about 256 kbps for a whole motel :) And I always believed in the technological superiority of the States. Well, I'm now happy with my 386kbps at home... ^^ (Explanation: "High Speed Internet" in Germany would mean about 16 Mbps)

So, what about music? America is famous for its great and also music and as I expected you can hear country everywhere. Driving in your car and listening to the radio, sitting in the lobby and waiting for the next check-in slot, yeah even shopping without listening to high quality country music is nearly impossible. Even though it's not quite the same with emo, you can hear it here and there.
