It's not the best... not the worst. It's hooky but just the "to a place where blind man sees" is a stupid lyric. Really is... I liked "My Own Prison" but "Human Clay" was a prime example of a watered down... commercially viable type of record. That's why it did 11.5 million in sales with these songs
From 1997 to 2003 Creed sold around thirty million units all from just three albums.During that period they were the biggest rock band around from records sold but for some reason the frontman/singer Scott Stapp made a lot of enemies and many people started hating this band mainly because of him.Ironically the players in the band minus Stapp and his massive ego found a new singer and an even greater band alter bridge and the rest is history.
One of the best bands to come along in a long time I just don't get why some people don't like them but everyone is entitled to their opinion Keep on Rock'n what ever your taste in Rock is ! Rock N Roll Can Never Die
Always enjoyed My Sacrifice, One Last Breath & With Arms Wide Open. Heard Alter Bridge and started to like Creed less and less, decided to give Stapp a chance again and both Creed and even Scott Stapp's solo work is phenomenal, all music to come from Creed & other projects are great!
Shitty band, one hell of a tune. Yeah, their first two albums were pretty damn solid. However they or Scott I should say... started to take 'em down a path to pop-cum-christian rock. Fatal... FATAL career move.
