mafw does actually support offline upload. my account was unavailable due to some mysterious reason and I got it working now and it did send all my cached trackes just fine.

i used/installed the latest mafw-lastfm directly from here and it seems to work ok. pity it requires a constant connection, no offline log to upload later. i have an unlimited data plan so it's not a big deal. :) remember it's a good idea to disable the extras-devel catalog when you don't need it..

For N900, use app which was originally called mafw-lastfm. Nowadays, I see it called as " scrobbler" in my app catalogue. Some more info: or check out discussions. App's already available in a catalogue-repository called extra-devel, which you need to unlock: -Go to Application Manager -Click "Application Manager" at the top -Select "Application Catalogs" -Add a new repository: Catalog name: extras-devel Web address: Distribution: fremantle Components: free non-free Select an internet connection to download the packages. The list of available packages will update automatically, then scroll through the catalogue and find 'mafw-last fm' or ' scrobbler' and install it. You will then find app settings in 'Settings' , input your last fm credentials and it should scrobble. It used to have some stability isues, but improved through updates.

Kinda bummed that my N810 touch screen barely works now. Only had it for a year. Jeez. Not sure what to do with it now...

Remember to install the plugin for Canola, and scrobble your music! It'll even scrobble when you're not connected, and will update next time you go on the web. I'm trying to recognise any of your names from the ITT forums... but none of them look familiar.

There's also the official Maemo scrobbler at: currently it works with the inbuilt maemo media player but support has to be built into the media player using it. And Canola2 media player with the plugin.
