Noticed this because the last.fm API send a strange bio through about Kanye West & Jay Z, now I see what the problem is: a false redirect. To people nagging about tags, you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
Umm...wouldn't it technically be last.fm you guys would be saying fuck to, since it's last.fm that does the scrobbling and correcting? And the description has been edited now so it no longer says it's the wrong tag. In other words, this is the right tag now lol.
It's just a collaboration. It's not a band/rap group like Outkast or Mobb Deep. They didn't even officially call themselves "The Throne". I bought the album, it says "Jay-Z; Kanye West", so I'll just leave it as that.
when you buy the CD it's not tagged as the throne. on itunes/spotify/pandora/everywhere in the world where it's official, the tag is 'JAY Z & Kanye West'. they even updated it for the new way to stylize jay's name. again. objective fact. not disputable. all you guys are doing is showing less support for the artist (not that they need it) by splitting the scrobbles up.
"New Day" brings a whole new depth to Watch the Throne lyrically and delivers a perfect change of pace on this diverse playlist. Give it a spin here!- https://swilletted.wordpress.com/2014/01/24/playlist-potluck-catch-up-re-runs-and-the-new-year-spin/
Even Complex Mag announced the collab as officially "The Throne". It's like the example of [artist]Deepchord Presents Echospace[/artist], it's used only for marketing plans. So, no more bullshit.
