No matter how many times i hear this song, the ending gets me every time, so loaded with melancholy, memories, and the beauty of my youth all tucked gorgeously into those last 30 seconds. Every damn time it gets me! ughhhh
it has this soothing vibe that i can always rely on yeah exactly! that's the thing about this album (also teen encountering this album). It's soothing, which is something that I haven't encountered in any other albums yet. Many other albums may be strikingly 'beautiful', or 'magical' or 'daringly experimental', but not soothing. And also just like you say, it's a soothingness I can COUNT on. That's why I'm always coming back to this album, even after a year and half of listening to it. It's all I listen to basically....and I will be very sad when I get tired of it :( Cause it's soothingness makes it like, everything. What will soothe me after?
i feel overwhelmed by the perfection this song truly is, the ending has to be my favourite part, there's nothing like it that's made me feel the way it does ; and of course the whole album is nothing but a peace of art, it has this soothing vibe that i can always rely on + being а teenager now is the perfect time for me to encounter this album which i'm truly thankful for ; keep on rocking pumpkins \\m/
Epic. . This song just never gets old.
Geez - i'm listening to this song since 1995 - even "murdered" 2 Mellon Collie Cds just by listening to it over and over again. I can't believe that today was the first i scrobbled this track on lastfm...!
this song is quite incredible... "the night has come to hold us young" indeed... also, love the 40sec outro; I think it's only this and 'Starla' that have these two-songs-in-one endings... such great attention to detail in the production!
