Best album. ..I really like how the lead vocals was split between Tom and Jim in this album. I really don't get why he does nothing in back up vocals in all the albums after this one. The contrast between them is great.
Most of us don't know this, but JEW was a huge part of the second wave of emo (real emo that is). With this album as one of the pinnacles of 90's emo. Too bad they've gone pop punk/ alt rock afterwards.
i STILL remember the first time I listened to this album. It's one of the only times I've been sure that it was one of my favourite albums the very first time I listened to it. It's THAT good.
Caveman is a super underrated song. and Episode IV is epic (as is Anderson Mesa)
