  • Very, very underrated one. Even if without Collins, Wilson did it as good as he could, and it's awesome work. Every single song is about loneliness in the world what makes this album way better than it could be without this meaning.
  • nerver thought i would loved this album so much
  • Good singing. Shame Banks and Rutherford couldn't be bothered to write any half-decent songs. It just reeks of laziness.
  • It's not that this album is bad - it has some good moments in fact (Congo). It's that it's f... purposeless!!
  • i don't understand why the tracks fade away while wilson is still moaning. i don't like it so much.
  • If you are a Phil Collins fan this album is nothing for you. For me it was the first Genesis album for about 15 years which sounded completely like GENESIS, not like the Phil Collins Band.
  • This is horrid. Like, absolutely relentlessly horrid. [2]
  • Has some great songs, but it's probably the most lazy Genesis album. I have little doubt Tony played the same keyboard on most every song, same with Mike's guitars. Ray said in the book when they worked on the title track, easily the most memorable and classic song from the album, instead of being psyched about what was happening and possibly getting engaged into the process, Mike and Tony were more into reading the newspaper and just being idle.
  • Big deal. 80s Genesis at least pumped out a great album or two.
