    Russian Artists

So.. I'm not Russian but like Russian music much! Starting from classical composers (Rachmaninoff, Chaikovsky, Prokofiev) and ending with Russian Rock (DDT, Mashina Vremeni, Akvarium) and Russian Psychedelic Trance (Kindzadza, Fungus Funk, Parasense)..

So, what do you think about Russian influence in World's music?..

As for me, Russian music is very very important in world's music development.. yes, maybe Classical music was born in Europe in mid centuries, , Jazz - in US, Rock - in GB, and trance in Israel but Russian music is very original.. meybe because last 2 centuries in Russia (USSR) was gathered big variety of nations and religions.. maybe becuse the size.. don't know actually :))

So what do you think about this?

    Mashina Vremeni
    Sergei Rachmaninoff
    Sergei Prokofiev
    Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
    Fungus Funk

I found myself browsing and downloading lots of stuff from the Weekly Free Charts. And I just wanted to share with you all this AMAZING GEM I've found >>>

I have it tagged as Буготак - Каверлар (as it is from Siberia). (read more)

Bugotak makes Siberian folklore combining traditional instruments and modern technique. This album contains covers of famous western pop/rock-songs from such artists as The Beatles, Nirvana, Metallica & many more... trust me: it sounds very strange and above all very good! Best of all: IT IS TOTALLY FREE!!

    enjoy ... (^^)//
